Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accountant to join our team. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the Record-to-Report (RtR) process and ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of financial reports.
Key responsibilities:
- Preparing and reviewing journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial statements.
- Performing monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Assisting with the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in RtR accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
