Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents at The Orbit Hub.

General Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess customers’ needs, provide solutions, and maintain professionalism.
- Understand company products, services, and policies.
- Demonstrate empathy and patience with customers.
Qualifications:
- Can attend onsite interview
- Conversant in English
- BPO Experience preferred
- Good Typing Skills
- Filipino Citizen or resident
- At least 18 years old
- Minimum High School Graduate
- Strong active listening skills and empathy
