Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual for the position of Accounting – Accounts Receivable. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company’s accounts receivable processes, ensuring the accuracy and timely collection of payments from customers.
Your responsibilities will include generating and sending invoices, monitoring outstanding balances, and follow up on overdue payments. You will also work closely with the sales and customer service teams to resolve any billing or payment-related issues.
The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and strong attention to detail. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel is a must.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Proven experience in accounts receivable or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
