Job Description
- Reconciliation and closing of sales orders
- Uploading AR payments and reconciling collections
- Acting as a liaison for customer refunds
- Tracking daily cash collections and transfers
- Researching unapplied cash items
- Ensuring compliance with approval processes
- Liaising with service providers and internal departments
- Preparing journal entries and supporting month-end activities
This role also involves uploading revenue entries, validating carrier reports, invoicing, reconciliations, and ad hoc projects.
