Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounting Analyst I. This position will be responsible for performing various financial analysis tasks to support decision-making and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
- Preparing and reviewing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Assisting with month-end and year-end close processes
- Performing reconciliations of accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies
- Assisting with the preparation of tax documentation and audits
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and reporting
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial software
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
