Job Description
For assigned set of accounts, create contract master workbook by reviewing contracts and extracting billable attributes. Work with IT, Client Solutions and Operations to determine appropriate calculations for each billable attribute and confirm reports that will be used for data extraction. Once all calculations are approved, create standard data aggregation workbooks. Review weekly workbooks completed by OTC specialist to confirm accuracy of data and calculations. Distribute verified workbooks to CS/Ops and ensure receipt of timely approvals. Once full month of data is approved by CS/OPS, deliver workbooks to Billing team for invoice creation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business administration.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in an analytical role with focus on handling sensitive data.
- Excellent financial analytical skills, proficient in researching variances and preparing reports.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a multitasked environment.
- Flexible schedule and ability to maintain confidentiality.
