Job Description
- Process employee attendance
- Manage office supplies (pantry, stationery, etc)
- Record daily office expenses and office bills in an Excel sheet
- Encoding Factura expenses and bills to Xero
- Scan receipts/bills for filing
- Gathering tax forms to be sent to Suppliers for filing
- Process yearly Business permits and other office requirements
- Manual writing of book of accounts
- Create a summary of employees’ daily work
- Performs other clerical tasks as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a similar field.
- Experience in Australian Accounting and Bookkeeping, is a plus but not required.
- Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, MS Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiar with accounting tools such as Xero Apps, QuickBooks, and data entry is a plus
- Willing to be trained and able to learn new systems and tools as needed
