Job Description
Overview:
Supports the financial operations by assisting with accounts payable/receivable, financial reporting, budgeting, payroll processing, tax compliance, and general accounting tasks. Ensures accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial processes.
Responsibilities:
– Process invoices, payments, and receipts
– Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
– Support budgeting and forecasting activities
– Process payroll and ensure compliance with regulations
– Assist with tax filings and compliance
– Conduct financial analysis and provide insights
– Maintain internal controls and assist with audits
– Perform general accounting and administrative tasks
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
– 1-3 years of relevant experience
– Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
– Strong analytical and communication skills
– Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
