Job Description
Will be responsible while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all the company’s accounting and taxation records (familiar with practical relating work such as PL, BS, CF, etc.).
Develop internal accounting system and policies that are simple and efficient.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all cash inflows and outflows are properly classified and recorded in a timely manner.
Safeguard the integrity of all accounting and tax records of the company.
Coordinate and cooperate with the company’s external audit firms and external accountants the accounting department in a timely manner.
Ensure the timely filing of the company’s Audited Financial Statements with SEC, coordinating with the company’s retained lawyers and tax advisors when necessary.
Share his/her experience & knowledge to the members of the Dept.
