Job Description
1. Manage all aspects of accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and financial statement preparation.
2. Prepare and file accurate tax returns, including monthly, quarterly, and annual filings, VAT returns, and other statutory requirements.
3. Ensure compliance with BIR regulations and stay updated on changes in tax laws affecting financial operations.
4. Coordinate with auditors, government agencies, and tax authorities during audits.
5. Conduct internal audits to improve processes and maintain internal controls.
6. Provide financial analysis and recommendations for decision-making.
7. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
8. Handle ad hoc financial and tax-related projects assigned by management.
