Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Preparing AP and Check voucher
- Check approved POs, receiving reports and vendor’s Invoice
- Maintain day-to-day disbursement report based on the aging of payables
- Prepares monthly compliance and remittance of expanded withholding taxes of suppliers and withholding tax on compensation
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Accountancy, Banking & Finance or equivalent
- In-depth knowledge of AP and general accounting procedures
- Product Knowledge – Knowledgeable in mall/restaurant/hotel and/or corporate industry
- Must have at least 1-2 years of working experience
- Good communication both oral and written skills
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Good analytical skills with accuracy and very keen on details
- Stress management skills
- Time management skills
- Highly proficient in using MS Applications (Word, Excel, and PPT), Accounting software and databases, Standard office equipment
