Job Description
This headcount will be under the Accounting team
Job Description:
- Make daily collection calls
- Conduct account research and analysis
- Prepare and maintain various reports
- Maintain an accurate aging report
- Identify and execute necessary process adjustments
- Send statements to outstanding customers
- Export data from supplier platform and prepare invoices
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business relevant/IT management
- Has related experience in Accounts Receivable
- Strong Excel skills (Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot table, index, if, concatenate) are required
- Strong analysis skills
- Logical thinking is required
- Outgoing personality
- Willingness to work overtime if necessary
- Willingness to work in BGC office, Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 6pm, or 8am to 5pm
**Expertise in Excel formulas is required
