Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data
- Generate reports detailing accounts’ payables status
- Resolves and reconciles invoices and payment discrepancies
- Prepares account reconciliation and other accounting reports accordingly
- Entering and uploading invoices into the AP system
- Send invoices to the manager or department head for approval
- Maintaining confidentiality of organizational information
Job Qualifications:
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
- With or without experience, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Must be well versed with QuickBooks application
- Must be proactive and can work well in a team
