Job Description
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as an Accounting Assistant. In this role, you will work closely with our finance department to support various accounting tasks and ensure accurate financial records.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day accounting activities, including data entry, invoice processing, and reconciling financial statements.
- Prepare and maintain various financial reports and documents.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections.
- Support the finance team in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Handle general administrative tasks related to accounting, such as filing and organizing documents.
Requirements:
- A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Prior experience in accounting or finance is preferred, but not required.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
