Job Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under the direct supervision of Dealerships’ General/ Group Retail Manager & Accounting Manager, carry out a variety of duties and responsibilities in Accounts Receivable for Unit, Parts & Service, and act as Cashier.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receives and checks Request for Release of Units
- Timely prepares Sales Invoice for Units & Parts Sales.
- Thoroughly reviews & closely monitors Aging Receivables on a regular basis.
- Receives payment and issues a receipt for collections (Unit Reservations, Downpayment, Proceeds).
- Confirms & schedules Collections from Banks and Customers.
- Ensures timely submission of Weekly Accounts Receivable Report.
- Ensures timely preparation of the Statement of Account.
- Ensures timely preparation of Monthly Sales & Collection Report.
- Ensures thorough checking & reconciliation of Customer Balances.
- Attends regular & scheduled meetings.
- Ensures intact filing of Accounting Documents.
2. Attends to other instructions & tasks that may be assigned by the Dealerships’ General Manager/ Group Retail Manager & Accounting Manager as may be required & necessary.
3. Performs other tasks assigned by the Dealerships’ General Manager & Accounting Manager.
