Job Description
- At least Bachelor Degree in Finance / Accounting / Commerce / Management or any equivalent.
- At least two (2) years work experience as bookkeeper or in this field.
- Detail-oriented, good with numbers, and used to the volume of transactions.
- MS Office proficient.
- Knowledgeable in SAP and other Accounting Systems.
- Willing to work from Monday to Saturday (6 days a week).
- Ensuring the correction of erroneous data and records are addressed timely.
- Handling confidential documents and ensuring that they remain secure and available when needed.
- Processing of check vouchers, invoice.
- Handling the releasing of checks.
- Handling receivable and payable queries, reconciliation with suppliers.
- Verifying the correctness of the computation in sales invoice or billing invoices.
- Processing 2307 and other BIR documents.
- Safekeeping all payable vouchers awaiting payment schedule.
- Encoding.
- Bookkeeping.
