Job Description
COMPANY: THE ETOILE SALON
LOCATION: Unit One Oculus Center, 2120 Chino Roces Avenue Street, Pio Del Pilar, Makati City
We are looking for an accountant to oversee general accounting operations by controlling and verifying our financial transactions.
Basic Qualifications for the position:
– Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
– With at least 6 months experience in accounting or relevant months of working
– Strong Analytical skills with keen attention to details
– Excellent Computer skills
General Responsibilities: include reconciling account balances and bank statements, maintaining a general ledger, and preparing month-end close procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Analyze financial information and summarize financial status
- Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending
- Provide technical support and advice on Management accounting
- Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures
- Manage accounting and bookkeepers
- Participate in financial standards setting and in the forecast process
- Prepare financial statements and produce a budget according to schedule
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned

Salary: Php16,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
