Job Description

We are currently seeking Accounting Assistants to join our growing team at Intellismart Technology Inc. The Accounting Assistants will be responsible for providing support to either the Accounts Payable Team, Billing & Collection Team, or Audit Team.

Accounting Assistant for Accounts Payable

Job Description:

• Check Purchase Order for payment
• Prepare check and cash for disbursement
• Release signed BIR Form 2307 for purchases from suppliers
• Check liquidated receipts
• Disburse payroll for staff
• Maintain and update accounting records and files
• Present budget proposals and create expense reports

Accounting Assistant for Billing and Collection

Job Description:

• Preparing summaries of transactions of client accounts
• Collection and follow-up of payments
• Preparation of Creditable Tax Certificates for client accounts
• Collection of BIR Form 2307 from client accounts for taxes withheld for the account of the Company
• Updating and reconciliation of receivables ledger and general ledger
• Providing details of paid invoices for accurate application of payments

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or related field with work experience.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and bookkeeping software, strong typing skills.
• Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
