Job Description
Background of company: Home de Luxe and Joyce and Diana are the leading bedding brand in the Philippines. We are present in most department stores, hotel groups, and ecommerce channels like Lazada and Shopee. Our management team is energetic, smart, and ambitious.
Responsibilities:
- Record/update/analyze daily sales in the system
- Reconcile possible discrepancies in PO versus SO and SI details
- Monitor and follow up overdue receivables
- Reconcile discrepancies on collections and outstanding receivables
- Prepare comparative weekly/monthly/yearly sales reports
- Prepare and compute sales commissions/incentives
- Perform other tasks required by immediate superior and management
Experience requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Finance
- 4 years university degree in accounting
- Prefer prior experience with process optimization and inventory management
- Good at Excel and data analysis
- Ideally have experience with ERP or inventory management system
- This is a fast-paced, very high-growth company – must be able to work under pressure in a challenging environment
- Flexible in work tasking and can juggle different projects simultaneously
- Must be proactive with a good working attitude
- Demonstrate strong organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Based in Quezon City
Job type: Full-time
Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
