Job Description
Mario’s Restaurant is excited to announce an opening for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will possess a strong foundation in general accounting principles and will efficiently assist in our daily financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining precise financial records
- Preparing and processing journal entries
- Reconciling bank statements
- Managing accounts payable and receivable
- Assisting with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Supporting audits and ensuring compliance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1-2 years of related experience
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software
