Job Description
SCHEDULE: NIGHT SHIFT (8PM – 5AM PHT)
WORK SET-UP: ONSITE (CLARK, PAMPANGA)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Check Trello for client assignments.
- Run missing bill report in EL.
- Download invoices; contact vendors for missing ones.
- Document communication in EL.
- Call on 20-30 missing bills daily.
- Send spreadsheet with account information from calls.
- Research alternative ways to receive missing invoices.
- Convert invoices from PDF to TIFF.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
- Competent in written and spoken English.

Pay: Php25,00.00 – Php32,00.00 per month
