Job Description
Qualifications and Skills
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy or any equivalent
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Honest and fast learner
- Ability to work under pressure
- With good communication and interpersonal skills
- Accurate and precise attention to detail

Duties and Responsibilities
- Processing of Liquidations, review of all invoices and billings received and employees reimbursement, prepare summary of aging of payables and endorsement to the cashier of due payables for payment.
- Maintenance of appropriate financial and accounting records such as books of accounts and generation of required financial reports.
- Respond to supplier inquiry in timely fashion.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation on a daily, weekly and monthly manner.
- Ensures BIR related transaction such as Withholding Taxes (Expanded and Compensation) and Value Added Tax are filed and paid.
- Keep and Maintain systematic and orderly filing of Check and Cash Vouchers.
- Act as a reliever to the Treasury Specialist when he is on leave. Issuance of check, preparation of Payment Voucher and Treasury related duties.
- Recording of Daily Transactions.
- Involvement in sourcing, negotiating and documenting reputable insurance company for coverage and bonds on projects as required.
- Audit of transaction and recordings on Company’s Accounting System (XERO).
- Prepares supporting schedule for the year end report for Annual Tax Return.
- Other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

Salary: Php15,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
