Job Description
Job Duties:
- Prepares and encodes sales invoices, delivery receipts, collection receipts, statements of account
- Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients.
- Generate monthly accounts receivable status report
- Performs other task as required by direct superior from time to time
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Filipino
- At least 2 year(s) of working experienced in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Competence in MS Office, Accounting Applications/Software (e.g. Quickbooks).
- Preferably 1-4 Years Experienced Employee specialized in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- Proven accounting experience, preferably as an Accounts receivable clerk or Accounts payable clerk
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Aptitude for numbers
- Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks
- Data entry and word processing skills
- Well organized

Salary: Php16,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
