Job Description
Richfund International Co. Ltd. is currently seeking an Accounting Assistant to join our team in Makati City.
Requirements:
- Minimum college level 3rd year, Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and related courses
- Minimum 1 year work experience in Accounting
- Competency in MS Excel, MS Word & Google Sheets
- Willing to travel to banks and clients for collection
- Attentive to details, filing and record keeping tasks
- Accuracy in data entry and word processing
- Well organised and with great time management skills
- Trust-worthy and has ethical integrity in handling confidential information
- On-site reporting
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate bank transactions, collection and countering invoices
- Summarize reimbursements and liquidations
- Assist in preparing weekly Sales Invoices and summary of deliveries monthly
- Monitoring sales and receivables from clients
- Assist in preparing Monthly, Quarterly & Annual BIR filings
Salary: Php 17,00 gross per month
