Job Description
– Graduate of Accountancy or any financial management related course.
– With at least 6 months experience in the field of Accounting, preferably in the Real Estate industry.
– With experience in accounts payable/disbursement, collections and handling petty cash.
– With experience in preparation of monthly government contributions such as SS, PHIC and Pag-ibig.
– Prepare Accounting reports.
– Ability to communicate accounting information in the form of reports.
– Demonstrate a sense of trust and honesty in doing the job.
– Ability to manage tasks and accomplish them at a given time.
– Able to operate and familiar with any accounting software and MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
