Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Record all donations forwarded by the Accounting Staff/Cashier
- Consolidate all requests for the week based on schedule
- Prepare checks for all approved requests
- Record all liquidations endorsed by the Accounting Staff
- Double check the validity of all attachments while recording
- Ensure complete attachment printouts for all recorded liquidation reports
- Handle permits and licensing (BIR/City Hall/DSWD/PCNC) as the official compliance officer of the team
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Finance and Admin Manager and Executive Director
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month

- 8-hour shift

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
Experience:
- Accounting: 2 years (Required)
