Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
Educational Attainment: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accountancy / Finance / Banking or equivalent.
Work Experience: Preferably 1-3 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Finance, General Accounting or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
- Perform basic accounting tasks such as bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and financial record-keeping
- Knowledge in Quick books software
- Knowledge in Financial Statement
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Proficient in Word/PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience in manufacturing field is a plus.
- Have good communication skills.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparation of financial reports
- Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts, and records are correct
- Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers, and journals
- Sorting out incoming and outgoing daily post
- Reconciling finance accounts and direct debits
- Preparing statutory accounts
- Other duties and responsibilities which management will assign
