Job Description
With a vision to provide communities with a complete shopping experience, SM introduced its first Hypermarket branch in Sucat in 2001. Currently operating with 54 stores, we are dedicated to delivering complete food shopping services.
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our team. This role involves executing basic accounting functions in General Accounting, Accounts Payable, or Accounts Receivable to support financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily accounting tasks, including data entry and maintaining records.
- Assist in preparing invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Assist in generating financial reports for management review.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and accounting software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
