Job Description
Job Description:
- Preparing AP and Check vouchers.
- Checking approved POs, receiving reports, and vendor’s invoices.
- Maintaining daily disbursement reports based on aging payables.
- Preparing monthly compliance and remittance for expanded withholding taxes.
- Performing other job-related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Banking & Finance or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
- Strong knowledge of AP and general accounting procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and accounting software.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
