Job Description
- Responsible in purchases and payables from suppliers.
- Encode payable monitoring.
- Prepare vouchers for the urgent payment and weekly payments.
- Preparation of payments for local and international suppliers.
- Prepare/separate payments for Dollar and Peso suppliers.
- Updates purchase book and cash disbursement book.
- Reconciles SOA from suppliers with the record.
- Reconciles cash flow with check balance, and check balance with the system.
- Updates the list of fixed assets and supplies data.
- Preparation of Cash Position.
- Petty cash report and monitoring.
Qualification:
- With experience in Accounting
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- With previous experience in accounts receivable or any related financial role.
