Job Description
The Laguna Creamery Inc. is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Accounts Payable Staff. We welcome recent graduates holding a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (BSA) to apply. While prior accounting experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. Familiarity with SAP software will be considered an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engaging with suppliers regarding invoicing and payment inquiries.
- Attaching necessary documents to invoices and reconciling purchase orders.
- Posting invoices while ensuring accurate coding within our system.
- Processing supplier payments and adhering to financial policies.
This is a full-time position that includes benefits such as health insurance and a 13th-month salary.
