Job Description
Unitel Straightshooters, Inc. is seeking a qualified Accounting Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:
1. Check Voucher Processing:
- Processing “Accounts Payable Vouchers” (APV) and ensuring all approvals.
- Checking invoice attachments for accuracy.
- Handling check preparations and routing for signatures.
2. Check Releasing and Online Payment:
- Stamping and maintaining signed checks as “PAID”.
- Coordinating with suppliers for check releases.
3. Other Functions:
- Monitoring checkbook usage and preparing financial analyses.
- Performing other related tasks as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Must be able to commute to Makati City.
