Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounting Associate – Accounts Receivable. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the accounts receivable process.
Your main duties will include generating and sending invoices, monitoring customer accounts for payment discrepancies, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts. You will also be responsible for reconciling customer accounts, resolving payment disputes, and preparing reports on accounts receivable activities.
The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong background in accounting principles and excellent analytical skills. Proficiency in using accounting software and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is also required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must, as you will be in regular contact with customers and internal teams.
