Job Description
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of related work experience.
- Experience/knowledge in real estate industry is advantageous.
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong management and leadership skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Detail-oriented.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Process accounts and incoming payments.
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledger.
- Verify commission requests and resolve billing issues.
- Monitor buyers’ payment progress and generate reports.
- Perform other related tasks as needed.
Work Location: Mabalacat City, Pampanga
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types: 13th-month salary
