Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Associate to join our team. As an Accounting Associate, your main responsibility will be to assist with the day-to-day financial operations of the company. This includes managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, preparing financial reports, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting.
Key qualifications for this role include a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in accounting software. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently are also essential.
Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and assist with cash flow management
- Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Assist with financial audits and tax filings
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
