Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Associate to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles and be proficient in financial analysis. Responsibilities include reconciling accounts, preparing financial reports, and assisting with budgeting. Strong analytical skills and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team are essential for this role.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
