Job Description
Remote Employee BPO has an exciting opportunity for an Accounting Associate.
Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary + 5,00 for Perfect Attendance.
Benefits: HMO plus 2 Free Dependents, P1,500 Rice Allowance, Night Differential (if applicable).
Work Schedule: 5-day work week (Monday to Friday, 8pm to 5am Philippine time).
Work Setup: WFO (San Fernando, Pampanga).
Duties: Perform outreach, negotiate payments, collaborate with accounting, track collections, and maintain AR records.
Qualifications: Prior collections experience is a plus, must speak English fluently, proficiency in Excel, strong negotiation and communication skills.
