Job Description
RevitPay is seeking an Accounting Associate responsible for the full-charge monthly close of their respective companies. Daily tasks include importing and coding bank transactions, reconciling accounts, and updating custom Excel reports for clients. Additional responsibilities involve processing payroll using ADP and adjusting journal entries for month-end financials.
Qualifications: A degree from a 4-year college or university, 2-5 years of relevant experience, strong English skills, and advanced Excel knowledge are required. Proficiency in QuickBooks and Xero is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent. Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday.
