Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Accounting Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks, including but not limited to, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general bookkeeping. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Key responsibilities:
- Process invoices and expense reports
- Record financial transactions and maintain accurate records
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies
Requirements:
- Associate degree in Accounting or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
