Job Description
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll.
- Enter financial data into accounting software with a high degree of accuracy.
- Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Provide support during internal and external audits by preparing required documentation and reports.
Job Qualification:
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting Technology or equivualent
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
