Job Description
Valoroo Inc. is hiring an Accounting Auditor to process carrier invoices, audit bills of lading for advances, pallets, unloading, and signatures, and bill customers with approved documentation. You will verify remit information, coordinate overbill dispositions with Carrier Sales, update the TMS, review Navix documents, initiate disputes for missing unloading/repair/toll receipts or signatures, approve invoices, mark orders ready to bill, and follow up until exceptions are resolved.
- Qualifications: 1–4 years accounting experience in logistics; strong spreadsheet, math, data-entry, and problem-solving skills; meticulous attention to detail; and proven teamwork ability.
- Terms: Full-time, fixed-term (6 months). Compensation from Php35,00/month. Benefits include paid training and a work-from-home arrangement. Remote position.
