Job Description
- Assessment Verification: Review and validate deficiency assessments issued by the BIR to confirm their accuracy and completeness.
- Documentation Compilation: Collect and organize all relevant documents, including tax records, financial statements, supporting schedules, and any other materials required for the reconciliation process.
- Reconciliation Preparation: Assist in preparing reconciliation schedules, reports, and other necessary documents for the assessment reconciliation process.
- Data Analysis: Analyze financial and tax data to identify discrepancies, variances, and inconsistencies between the company’s records and the BIR’s assessment.
- Documentation Retention: Maintain an organized record of all documents and schedules related to tax assessments for future reference or audit purposes.
- Quality Assurance: Perform quality checks on the prepared schedules and documents to minimize errors and inaccuracies.
