Job Description
1. Providing accounting and clerical assistance to the company or accounting Department.
2. Preparing and maintaining accounting documents and records
3. Preparing bank deposits, general ledger posting and statements.
4. Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
5. Regularly record all data of financial transactions in database.
6. Track and resolve any accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
7. Performs other clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports and other documents needed by the management.
8. Schedules meetings, taking notes and recording minutes.
9. Other tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Salary: Php11,800.00 – Php12,500.00 per month
