Job Description
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Accounting Clerk for our Davao branch. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks, including but not limited to, processing invoices, preparing financial reports, and reconciling accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and record invoices and payments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.
- Assist with payroll processing and maintain employee records.
- Perform general bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry and filing.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in accounting or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
