Job Description
- Recording transactions such as expenses and sales revenue
- Processing payments to utilities and vendors to pay for supplies, materials, and other expenses
- Sending bills to customers to request payment for services or goods provided
- Reconciling accounts and making note of debits and credits that have not posted
- Printing paychecks and initiating direct deposits to pay employees
- Generating financial reports as requested
- Identifying and correcting any errors that occur due to data entry
Qualifications:
- Preferably graduate of BS Accountancy, Accounting Technology, any business course
- 1 – 2 years of working experience in the accounting field
- Organized, positive, logical, meticulous, responsible, and willing to learn
- Well-versed in using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and other online platforms
- Work location: West Avenue, Quezon City
- Work Schedule: Monday – Friday
- Can start ASAP
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From Php18,00.00 per month
