Job Description
Tan Group of Companies Inc is currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Accounting Clerk. This position is responsible for processing all invoices received for payment and for undertaking the payment of all creditors in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Process accounts and incoming payments following financial policies and procedures
- Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data
- Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits
- Process outgoing payments following financial policies and procedures
- Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted
- Verify and investigate discrepancies by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements
Additional responsibilities include:
- Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
- Generate reports detailing accounts payable status
- Understand expense accounts and cost centers
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php12,500.00 – Php13,500.00 per month
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
- Experience: Accounting Clerk – minimum 1 year (Required)
- Ability to commute: Davao City (Required)
- Ability to relocate: Davao City – Must relocate before starting work (Required)
