Job Description
Superstaff is seeking an eager Accounting Controls Specialist to join our team. Reporting to the VP of Customer Service, you will address customer inquiries, manage incoming calls, and assist new tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily check-ins and communications with the supervisor
- Manage inbound and outbound calls
- Understand and recommend storage solutions for customers
- Assist tenants with move-ins, account inquiries, and payment collections
- Liaise between customers and the company
- Provide consistent, high-quality customer service
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of customer service experience preferred
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
