Job Description
Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Act as an executive’s point of contact for employees, clients, and all external parties.
- Handle the information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
- Handling executive calendar and setting up meetings.
- Receiving the calls and routing those calls and messages to the correct person.
- Making travel and accommodation arrangements for executives.
- Structuring daily expenses and preparing weekly, quarterly, and monthly reports.
- Preparing different documents, reports, financial statements, and invoices.
- Performing basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Recording and filing documents and records.
- Conducting research to make presentations for the board of directors and executives.
- Creating formats for emails, presentations, and reports.
- Accurately recording the notes of the meeting.
- Performing various office duties like ordering office supplies and inventory.
Qualification:
- Prior experience working as an executive assistant, personal assistant, virtual assistant, or any similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite, Google Suite, and Google Workspace.
- Organizing and time management skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive enough to solve problems and make strong decisions.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php25,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
