Job Description
Recommends and assists in the implementation of projects in various areas of Accounting and Finance.
Areas of Duties and Responsibilities:
- On a daily basis, approves and signs, Statement of Accounts, vale slip and Petty Cash Voucher.
- Signs Purchase Requisition (PR) of maintenance (in the absence of VP) and Department’s request.
- On a monthly basis, reconciliation of company accounts.
- Prepares MANCOM reports.
- Reviews Monthly Financial Schedules.
- Responsible for the preparation of Annual Report, Staff KRAs, strategic planning, and management review.
- Responsible for handling external (BIR) and internal audit.
- Ensures proper implementation of the policies and procedures.
- Performs other tasks as may be assigned by a superior from time to time.
Minimum Requirements:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Theoretical and thorough knowledge of various areas of Accounting.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good people-handling skill.
- Can communicate effectively in verbal and written form.
- Ability to prepare project plans and programs & implement moderately complex projects.
- Computer-literate.
- Ability to collect, analyze and interpret statistical data.
Education and Experience:
- Graduate of BS Accountancy course.
- With at least four (4) years of experience in the same field.

Salary: Php30,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
