Job Description
Rose Excellence Corporation is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Accounting Head. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating, developing, and improving department controls, systems, and procedures to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Your key responsibilities will include overseeing daily activities of the accounting department, ensuring timely completion of major projects and month-end/year-end reports, and analyzing financial data for management and stakeholders. Additionally, you will maintain accurate financial records and assist in audits or reconciliations as needed.
Collaboration with other departments is essential, as you will help develop strategies and make financial decisions that impact the business.
